POCONO DIRECTIONS

Pocono Mtn East HS

From the south: Take Route 611 North through Tannersville, Scotrun, and Swiftwater. At the second traffic light (look for the Exxon Gas station), turn right onto Route 314 East, continue straight for 1/4 mile, bear left at the "Y," proceed another 1/3 mile, and turn left onto Pocono Mountain School Road.
From the north: Take Route 611 South through Mount Pocono and into Swiftwater. After descending the hill from Mt. Pocono, look for a traffic light at the bottom of the hill (next to Big Daddy's Restaurant), turn left onto Woodland road, proceed for 1/2 mile, then turn right onto Pocono Mountain School Road.

From Scranton and I-380 southbound: Take the Tobyhanna Exit (#8) off of I-380 South onto Route 611 South. Proceed for 8.5 miles through two traffic lights in Tobyhanna, then two traffic lights in Mount Pocono, and down a hill coming into Swiftwater. At the first traffic light at the bottom of the hill (look for Big Daddy's Restaurant), turn left onto Woodland Road. Follow Woodland road for 1/2 mile, then turn right onto Pocono Mountain School Road.

From Wilkes-Barre: Take I-81 or the PA Turnpike South to I-80 East. Merge onto I-380 North (Exit #293), and from I-380, take the Pocono Exit (#3). At the light, turn right on to Route 940 East, and follow for 3.1 miles (4 more traffic lights). At the fourth light, turn right onto Route 611 South. Follow Route 611 South down a hill. At the first traffic light (look for Big Daddy's Restaurant), turn left onto Woodland road and follow for 1/2 mile, then turn right onto Pocono Mountain School Road.

From I-80 westbound, including New York and New Jersey areas: Take I-80 West to the Scotrun exit (#298). Turn left on to Route 611 North, then follow the "from the South" directions above.

From I-80 eastbound, including Bloomsburg, Hazleton, Blakeslee areas: Take I-80 East to I-380 North (Exit #293). From I-380, take the Pocono Exit (#3). Follow the rest of the "From Wilkes-Barre" directions above.

From the east, in Paradise Valley: Take Route 940 West to the intersection at Caesar's Resort, turn left onto Carlton Road, proceed 1/2 mile, then turn right onto Woodland road. Continue for 1.5 miles, and turn left onto Pocono Mountain School Road.

From I-380: Take the Pocono Exit (#3), and take Route 940 East for 3.1 miles to Mount Pocono. Turn right onto Route 611 South, then follow the "From the north" directions above.

From the Allentown area: Take Route 22 to Route 33 North to I-80 West. Continue with the "From I-80 Westbound" directions above.

West Junior High School

From the north, including I-380 and Scranton area: Take the Pocono Exit (#3) from I-380 onto Route 940 West.
Follow Route 940 West for 1.5 miles until reaching the Sullivan Trail Campus on left: West High School on the left,
West Junior High School on the Right. Follow Signs to Gymnasium.
From I-80 eastbound: Take I-80 East to Blakeslee Exit (#284). Follow Route 115 North for 1.7 miles to
Route 940 East. Follow Route 940 East for 12.4 miles to Sullivan Trail Campus on Right: West High School on the left,
 West Junior High School on the Right. Follow Signs to Gymnasium.
From I-80 westbound, including New York and New Jersey areas: Take I-80 West to I-380 North (Exit #293).
 Continue with "From the north" directions above.
From Wilkes-Barre: Take Route 115 South to Route 940 East in Blakeslee. Follow Route 940 East for 12.4 miles
to Sullivan Trail Campus on Right: West High School on the left, West Junior High School on the Right. Follow Signs to Gymnasium.
 

Stroudsburg JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

From the north, including I-380 and Scranton area: Take 380 to 80 East. Merge onto I-380 S
 Merge onto I-80 E via EXIT 1B on the LEFT toward STROUDSBURG. 11.7 mi
Take EXIT 303 toward NINTH ST.0.5 mi Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PA-611. 0.7 mi
Turn LEFT onto CHIPPERFIELD DR/PA-2011. The Stroudsburg Area Junior High School is approximately 1 mile, on the left.
From I-80 westbound, including New York and New Jersey areas: Take I-80 West to Exit 305. Turn right onto
W. Main St. Take the second left at stop light onto 9th St. (Rt. 611 N). At first stop light, turn right onto Chipperfield Dr.
You will pass the Monroe Public Library. The Stroudsburg Area Junior High School is approximately 1 mile, on the left.

Stroudsburg Middle School

From the north, including I-380 and Scranton area: Take 380 to 80 East. Merge onto I-380 S
 Merge onto I-80 E via EXIT 1B on the LEFT toward STROUDSBURG. 11.7 mi
Take EXIT 303 toward NINTH ST.0.5 mi Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PA-611. 0.7 mi
Turn LEFT onto CHIPPERFIELD DR/PA-2011. The Stroudsburg Area Junior High School is approximately 1 mile, on the left.
Just past the JR High school turn Left on Mountaineer Drive.  Stroudsburg Middle School  is 1/2 mile on right.

From I-80 westbound, including New York and New Jersey areas: Take I-80 West to Exit 305. Turn right onto
W. Main St. Take the second left at stop light onto 9th St. (Rt. 611 N). At first stop light, turn right onto Chipperfield Dr.
You will pass the Monroe Public Library. The Stroudsburg Area Junior High School is approximately 1 mile, on the left.
Just past the JR High school turn Left on Mountaineer Drive.  Stroudsburg Middle School  is 1/2 mile on right.

Swiftwater Elementary Center

From New York and New Jersey
Take Route I-80 West to Scotrun Exit (Exit 298). Turn left off ramp onto Route 611 North. At third traffic light, turn right
(Big Daddy’s and signs for Mt. Airy). Make the first right to enter the campus. High school straight ahead. Turn left for S
wiftwater Elementary Center. The entrance will be on left past the soccer fields.
From Northern, PA:
Take Route I-80 South to Route I-380 South to the Tobyhanna Exit. Follow Route 611 South to Mt. Pocono. At the traffic
 light in Mt. Pocono (Burger King on right), continue straight for two more traffic lights. At the second traffic light
(Big Daddy’s restaurant on right), turn left onto Woodland Road. Proceed approximately one-half mile and turn right
onto Pocono Mountain School Road. Continue to “Y” and turn left for Swiftwater Elementary Center.
The entrance will be on left past the soccer fields.
From Western, PA:
Take Route I-80 East to Route I-380 North. After the Blakeslee Exit, continue on Route I-380 North for approximately
15 miles to the Pocono Exit. This will be a left turn toward Scranton. Continue approximately two miles to the Pocono Exit
. Turn right onto Route 940 East, continue to the fourth traffic light (Mt. Pocono) and turn right (Burger King on right)
onto Route 611 South. Continue to the second traffic light (Big Daddy’s restaurant on right). Turn left onto Woodland Road.
 Proceed approximately one-half mile and turn right onto Pocono Mountain School Road. Continue to “Y” and turn left for
Swiftwater Elementary Center. The entrance will be on left past the soccer fields.


West JH to Stroudsburg Junior High School
Turn RIGHT onto PA-940 E. 0.1 mi Take the I-380 E ramp. Merge onto I-380 S.1.8 mi
