Rob Lawrence
Coach Lawrence has
help to produce a bevy of talented players from the around the country who
have gone on to participate at all levels of competitive basketball,
College D-I / D-II / D-III, and at the professional level. When it comes
to training Coach Lawrence has experience in working with developing the
complete player at all positions. The energy that he brings to the
individual and group workout is evident with his participation in each and
every drill. The training that Coach Lawrence provides will help the
players in the Scranton/Wilkes and surrounding area elevate their game so
they can be compete at the next level.
Coach Lawrence
career in basketball extends back to his youth playing for the Gauchos AAU
program in the Bronx. This programs extensive players list and the levels
that they have gone to is well documented. In addition to playing coach
Lawrence has experience working in the Holcombe Rucker Summer League as a
youth. In later years Coach Lawrence organized basketball tournaments and
events such as the Elmcor Youth and Adult Gold and Silver High School
Classic at St. John’s University, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. High School
Classic.
Coach Lawrence is
currently a dean and assistant varsity basketball coach at Wyoming
Seminary. While at Seminary he was recruited by Coach Larry McGuggins
coach and founder of A Head of the Game New York to develop A Head of Game
Pennsylvania.
Now that Coach
Lawrence is living in NEPA he feels that he can bring the NYC flare to the
young players in Scranton, Wilkes and surrounding areas because he has
found a home with backcourt hoops. The players that play for Coach Bucci
have a passion for the game and willingness to learn to be the best they
can be on and off the court. This is why it was the ideal program to be
involved with in this area. In addition to this Coach Lawrence is a
Five-Star basketball coach, which is the first school of basketball in the
United States.
Coach Lawrence is The Regional Director for Pennsylvania Adidas Jr. Phenom
Camp. This camp works to help showcase the best regional talent.

Greg
Johnson
Coach Johnson has help produce a bevy of talented players from around the
country who have gone on to participate at all levels of competitive
basketball, College D-I / D-II / D-III, and at the professional level. The
training that Coach Johnson provides will help the players in the
Scranton/Wilkes and surrounding area elevate their game to so they can be
compete at the next level.
Coach Johnson’s
hand on approach is evident in his work ethic and commitment to developing
young talent is second to none. The agility work-out along with the
skills drills that is demonstrated is exciting and shows his dedication to
improving the development defensive and offensive skills of each player
and group the participates in the work-outs.
Coach Johnson has
coach at both the high school and AAU level.
He was assistant varsity coach at
Binghamton High School and during the summer months, he coached the
Bluerunners. He later left the Bluerunners and started his own program No
Days off Hoops.
Coach Johnson is
guard orientated but enjoys working with all positions. He feels that a
player needs to learn every position for them to truly understand the
game. Being a former player he has brings the knowledge and experience of
the position to the table and this evident in the training.
Coach Johnson is the agility trainer for the Pennsylvania Adidas Jr.
Phenom Camp. His extensive workout during camp is well received by campers
and their parents
