Callahan showed off 3-point accuracy

Seth Callahan hit exactly half of his 86 attempts from 3-point range in Landmark Conference play in his recently completed junior season at Susquehanna University.

Callahan averaged 15.6 points in the conference and 13.0 overall for the River Hawks.

The junior guard, who is a GAR and JB Hoops alum, earned Landmark Conference Player of the Week honors in mid-February when he set a school record by hitting a dozen 3-pointers in one game while scoring a career-high 38 points in a 90-72 victory over Drew University.

Callahan averaged 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 21 games. He hit 48.4 percent from the floor, 43.4 percent on 3-pointers and 86.1 percent from the line overall.

Susquehanna finished 7-7 in the conference and 10-14 overall.
