Two of three JB Hoops teams entered in the Pittsburgh Jam Fest came home with winning records from the weekend boys basketball event.
JB Hoops Callahan, competing in the 17U Elite Division, went 3-1. JB Hoops Brown was 2-1 in the 15U Platinum Division.
JB Hoops McGoff opened the Jam Fest with a win, but lost its last two games in 17U Platinum play.
Leo O’Boyle, a Scranton Prep junior, drew attention from many fronts for his performance Friday night. With University of Pennsylvania coach Steve Donahue reportedly among those looking on, O’Boyle had 29 points when JB Hoops beat Alvin Gentry Elite from Arizona, 62-58, in overtime.

JB Hoops Callahan also beat BWSL Russell, 59-39, later Friday. It lost to Wright Way Skills, 72-69, Saturday before bouncing back to defeat TNBA Ohio Flash, 63-46.
