Mariah Maciejewski was the most accurate shooter and leading rebounder on
the Neumann University women’s basketball team that finished the 2018-19
season with an appearance in the ECAC Tournament.
The JB Hoops alum, a 5-foot-11 senior center from Dunmore, shot 55 percent
from the floor while averaging 9.3 points and 9.2 rebounds.
Maciejewski started all 27 games. She also averaged 1.5 assists, 1.0 blocked
shots and 0.9 steals.
Neumann finished 14-13 with a season-ending, 77-47 loss to Brooklyn in the
first round of ECAC Tournament. Maciejewski had 9 points and 11 rebounds in
Maciejewski averaged 10.8 rebounds over her final eight games, including 15
in an Atlantic East Conference tournament upset loss to Immaculata, 66-56.
During the last three seasons, Maciejewski played in 82 games, including 74
starts. She was part of a 20-win team as a junior.
