What Makes Backcourt Hoops Skill Camp the Best?

Improvement

You pay to play, not to sit. We don’t have guest lecturers that speak every day while you sit and listen. Backcourt Hoops Skill Camp is action! You get 4 weeks of basketball in 4 days. Your improvement will be noticeable immediately after camp is over.  At Backcourt Hoops Skill Camp, all campers will play at least 7 games,  take part in a camp-wide 2-on-2 tournament, a 3-on-3 tournament, and free throw and Hot Shot competitions.

Facilities

Facilities are an important part of the camp experience and ours are incredible. All dormitories, courts, and cafeterias are contained within the camp grounds. We play all games on six full-length outdoor courts. Campers stay in air-conditioned bunks with private baths and eat in an air-conditioned cafeteria, serving well balanced meals including salad bar.

Instruction

Unlike other camps that just roll the balls out, we have high-powered teaching drills for two hours and forty minutes a day. You learn in both the morning and afternoon and play two games sometime during the morning, afternoon, and evening — a perfect mix for a skill development camp.

Coaching and Supervision

We provide each camper with the personal attention he/she deserves. At Backcourt Hoops Skill Camp, all coaches are full time staff members who are at camp before you arrive and leave camp after you depart. In addition to coaching, they will eat, and live with you. Staff members stay in every bunk house and monitor bunks at night.

Training Room Facilities

Our campers have access to excellent training room facilities. There will be at least one professional athletic trainer on duty at all time.

Grade Level Divisions for Boys and Girls

Players will be placed in divisions for competition based on their grade in this coming September. The Youth Division will consist of 4th and 5th grade players, the Junior Division will be 6th and 7th grade, and the Junior High division will include 8th and 9th grade.
