Basketball Univerity Sunday Workouts Start October 14th!

Basketball University Sunday Workouts at Backcourt Hoops aim at improving the player’s individual skill set in all aspects of the game and are tailored to what coaches expect from players  These 90-minute sessions will emphasize the development of offensive moves while improving the players shooting, dribbling, passing and proper footwork to be effective on the court. Basketball University Sunday Workouts are offered to boys and girls 6th through 10th grades.

These workouts will be conducted by Director of Backcourt Hoops Player Development Coach Kevin Clark .

With the Backcourt Hoops University Training sessions, 30 minute Speed & Agility Classes are also available. They take place every Sundat after the workouts at 1pm with our certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Jody Leach. The cost is $45 for all five classes or $10 per class.

Sunday, October 14th, 2018     11:30-1pm

Sunday, October 21st, 2018     11:30-11pm

Sunday, October 28th, 2018     11:30-1pm

Sunday, November 4th, 2018     11:30-1pm

Sunday, November 11th, 2018     11:30-1pm

Cost is $80.00 which includes five sessions.
$25 for an individual session pre-registered
Registration the week of workouts will be $30 per session, pending availability.
