2016 ACL Injury Prevention Program

5-WEEK ACL INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM

Allied Services and Excel at Backcourt Hoops are offering a 5-week exercise program designed to reduce the risk of ACL injuries. The basketball-specific, personalized exercise program will address power, strength, speed, agility and flexibility. The program will be lead by Theresa Craig, BS Exercise Science and Jody Leach, CSCS.

 

WHO: Female athletes, 7th-12th gtrade

WHERE: Backcourt Hoops, 5 W. Olive St., Scranton

COST: $150 per athlete.

 

WEEK 1

Monday July 11 Monday 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday  July 14 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

 

WEEK 2

Monday July 18 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday July 21 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

 

WEEK 3

Monday July 25 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday July 28 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

 

WEEK 4

Monday August 1 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday August 4 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

 

WEEK 5

Monday August 8 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday August 11 12:00-12:45 or 5:30-6:15pm
