BCH Virtual Workouts

With the “stay at home” order that was issued to the residents of Pennsylvania by the Governor being extended until April 30th, we at Backcourt Hoops wanted to issue our own “Stay at Home Workout”. We understand the difficulty of coming up with new ways to stay active and work on your game, so we are going to bring private training to your home – virtually!

Beginning on Monday, April 6th, we are going to be issuing position specific workouts with detailed instruction of drills to perform as if we were right there with you! These workouts will touch upon importance of the drill, how you would use it in a game, different counter moves and how to read the defense while performing the move, and how to continue to build on that particular skill. Additionally, we are going to offer Strength, Speed and Agility workouts once a week.

The package is going to be $120.00 and runs through Friday, May 1st. It will give you access to four basketball workouts a week and one Strength, Speed and Agility workout, all designed by Backcourt Hoops staff including Kevin Clark, Clay Basalyga, Lamont Tillery, JC Show, Cory Callejas and Jody Leach. The schedule will be as follows:

Monday’s and Thursday’s – Guard Workouts

Wednesday’s – Strength, Speed and Agility Workouts

Tuesday’s and Friday’s – Post Workouts

After the workout each Friday, we are going to go to Instagram Live and address any questions or concerns about the drills the players or parents may have from throughout the week.

How to access the workouts:

  • Make a payment on the Backcourt Hoops website. In the “Payment Description” box, please make sure to include the players Instagram handle.
  • Go on Instagram and follow “backcourthoopsprivate”
  • After you’ve made a payment, we will accept you as a follower and it will grant you access to the videos and detailed workouts.
